The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2343 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §15-2-10b, relating to requiring the State Police to conduct an analysis of leasing compared to purchasing state police vehicles; requiring a report to the Secretary of Military Affairs and Public Safety; authorizing implementation of policies and procedures; and providing rule making authority.”
